Free Pi all around
What’s changing, what’s next, and how I’m making Blueberri Pi the go-to resource for food and tech
It’s been a few weeks since I last dropped into your inbox and I’ve used that time to rethink what this newsletter is really for.
I’ve tested a few formats. Gotten feedback on what’s resonating. And sat with a simple question:
Is this actually helping?
That’s what I care about most.
So today, I’m reintroducing myself and sharing what’s ahead.
Who I Am
If you’re new here, hi. I’m Sandie.
I run a consulting firm called Blueberri, where I help food creators and content teams build smarter, more scalable content strategies.
For example, recipe structure, metadata, tech partnerships, licensing, discoverability, and workflows that don’t burn you out.
I created this newsletter to be a resource, not a vanity project or a random feed of thoughts.
So if it’s not serving you, I’ll change it. That’s the promise.

What’s Changing (and Staying)
Starting this week, Blueberri Pi is going back to one issue per week.
But it’s not just a reset. It’s an evolution.
The Blueberri Stack is here
Every Friday, you’ll now get:
Updates on food tech and creator platforms
Monetization and content strategy tips
Tools, trends, and future-focused shifts to know about
All in one issue.
This replaces The Monday Stack, which will no longer be sent separately.
But don’t worry, all past Monday Stack issues are now unlocked.
Blueberri Pi is now 100% free
No paywall. No subscription tiers.
I’m building paid resources, toolkits, and courses separately. But this newsletter will stay completely free, so it’s as accessible and actionable as possible.
If something helps you move toward more profitable, sustainable, and organized content? That’s a win for me too.

Vote for My SXSW Talk
I’ve been accepted to pitch a session at SXSW called The Hidden Engine of the Creator Economy, and voting is open now through August 24. All I need is your vote to bring it to the stage!
Most food creators think of content as recipes, blog posts, or videos not infrastructure. But structured content is what unlocks licensing deals, platform partnerships, and long-term growth.
Whether you’re a food blogger, content strategist, or part of a startup team, this session will show you how to scale smarter by treating your content like data, not just storytelling.
Takeaways:
How structured content helps creators license recipes, land platform deals, and scale across channels
Why infrastructure thinking (not just creativity) drives long-term growth
A practical framework for future-proofing your content; metadata, schema, and monetization included

Your Content Assistant Just Got Real
OpenAI just introduced agents and they’re going to change how food creators scale, structure, and license their content.
This isn’t just another AI headline. It’s a shift in visibility, automation, and who gets seen (or skipped) online.
If you’re a food blogger, recipe platform, or content strategist… you’ll want to be ready.
As the summer winds down, I’m creating even more resources to help you take actionable steps toward content that’s profitable, scalable, and ready for the future of cooking.
Thanks for being here. I don’t take it lightly.
See you next Friday.
Your friend in food,
Sandie
Does this mean the south by Southwest speaker submissions are open? I’ve been keeping an eye on it, but haven’t looked in the past couple weeks.
